Though the item is very good and useful for kids the packing is very bad. The sand spilled into the packet and colours were mixed up.

Advantages

The box was battered on one corner when I received it. It was not packaged well enough to prevent damages during transit or handling. Other than this issue, the contents of the box was as described, I did not open the smaller packets to check since this was for gifting purpose, but everything seemed okay on first look. I didn't have enough of time to return or exchange, and since I managed to hide the damage of the box, I didn't raise any complaint. I hope in future they take care of the packaging.
