This is one of the nicest purchase that we have done for the children recently. It engaged the children for a good three hours. The step-by-step, illustrated guide book that comes with the product has clear instructions for assembling the xylophone. The book has a few suggested music and their corresponding position for the pegs. Someone who understands music can alter the peg positions and create their own music. We have created and recorded several music for some common nursery rhymes and even Brahm's Lullaby. We will be happy to share them with others if anyone is interested. I have other Smartivity products. I am impressed with their quality, the efforts and thoughts that goes into creating them. Thank you is the least I can say to the creators.

Disadvantages

There are two parts which are supposed to not be identical but they are. What a waste of time. Unfortunately I started making it late and they just give a 7 day return window. Now Im stuck with this junk. I want my money back! Attached photos. Its hard to tell but they are not supposed to be identical.

This Music Machine is a spectacular product by Smartivity. It creates wonderful music! There are songs at the end of the book to enjoy and there is space to write your favourite song as done in the video above. It is an amazing percussion instrument. Very innovative idea by Smartivity!
