Advantages

This toy keeps your kid engaged to build the toy. Good quality cardboards. when using multiple times it can split and you need to fix it. Using the syringes at times it is difficult to control the toy. the water should be filled properly in the syringe and the tubes to effectively control the toy.

The concept is really nice. However, the cardboard material doesnt help. My son built it after 3 hours and then while he was trying to move the crane, the water leaked from the syringe pump and spilled on the cardboard material. Kids are prone to making such errors. And the toy literally became useless after that very moment. He got extremely upset for his all resorts went down the drain due to syringe pump leakage. We couldnt fix the toy because the cardboard softened and its layers all propped out.

cardboard and syringe doesn't work well. reverse rotation is almost impossible. it rotates in one direction. reverse doesn't work with syringe and the cardboard gear system.

My 6 year old son loves Smartivity products and suddenly now he wants to become a scientist after playing with these games these games have also made him experiment with various things at home We have ordered a carton full of Smartivity games for him and to gift all his friends making life much more easier by not having to select gifts every weekend for bday parties .. And best part is its Unisex no hassle of answering the shopkeeper questions like gift for a girl or boy? What age ? Etc Highly recommended and its definitely a value for money and its completely made in India :)

Advantages

There is design error (see image enclosed) in Part B which should be rotated by 90 deg for the lock to fit. I replaced the first time purchase for this error. Now the replacement too contains the same error. Called Smartivity but the number is not working. So I am returning it. Otherwise the product is excellent.

Advantages

The product is ok to teach concepts and as a fun past time. But otherwise is very basic and impractical. Not exactly a toy as the grabs are too weak to lift even lightest of objects like pencils and crayons. You will get bubbles inside the tubes frequently, so have reset it every week or so. As a concept its great and fun. But not practical!

Seriously worth buying. Something creative. Good for learning purposes too. Develop the kid's mind. Generally, kids break toys and when they will create something it's changing their approach to wards toys too
