Just go for it!! It is very easy to assemble, the booklet is written so well that if you make a mistake it gives you a warning in each step, it also explains the concept behind the assembly and asks you questions related to it better than purchasing old fashioned toys which don't impart any knowledge. The child is very happy that he successfully completed it.
