I ordered set of shading pencils, upto 8B. It is clearly written on the product packaging & webpage. But, in the set received by me, 8B pencil was replaced by another 3B pencil. 2 things. 1st the product packaging was opened & it's contents were tampered with. 2nd, seller repacked it without it's proper original contents. Seller charged Rs.50/- for delivering this incomplete product. Very disappointed.
