I will definitely be buying this again. I won't say 100% matte on vinyl surfaces,not exactly perfect for customisation of figurines. But definitely perfect for sealing artwork on paper,and dries fully matte too. Basically,it dries matte over rough surfaces like paper,but turns a slight bit glossy over shiny surfaces. On paper,works beautifully with watercolor,chalk,ink. Does not cause dried ink to bleed,which is a great point over other varnishes. I definitely recommend this.

I used it on alcohol ink work, to seal my work. But my inks got reactivated!!!For those who have used alcohol inks know how worse that will feel.Be careful if you are buying for sealing your alcohol ink works
