The quality of the product is good. Delivery also on time. But I had to return it as it was not fitting to my bed. This rail is big and needs a support near mattress which is generally available on the edges of the bed. My bed didn't had that. Although it is replacable product but Silkrute helped me in returning it after understanding the situation. Happy with the customer care also.Giving 4star due to the difficulty in assembling. One of the hole was not aligned properly, so had to struggle a lot...

I ordered 2 bed rails recently, both bed rails are not fitting to my Queen size bed. One side the bed rail become shorter and other side the length is more.But in the description of the product it's mentioned that the bed rails Fits for king and queen size beds.I am facing horiable situation with this product I raised complaint still I didn't received any response from Luvlap.
