Commonly sold vitamin C tab has 500 mg in a single tab. In short, it is basically a carbs powder with some protein, and very small amounts of vitamins. Generally 2-3 caps of commonly sold multivitamin product would provide more vitamins than 1 kg pediasure which costs fortunes. And, yes, flavor is good, naturally due to high carbs.
