The product is excellent, they sell it, good. But their procedures… First they ask many personal data (pictures of documents and cards) in a non secure way (simple emails, which is an unsafe and uncontrolled environment). Because they acted like a “ID stealing agent”, I blocked the card I paid them, to see if really I was receiving the product. I then did receive it, so I wanted to update my payment form: impossible to do it! There is no such option in their website/APP, so you have to ask for a link to insert a new card number in their system. They react hours later, amd they reply with a link with a validity of just a few minutes. So I missed it, not being remained checking my emails every few minutes, for hours. Them I ask them to send it at a specific time, so I could remain on call, continuously checking my email. But they did not send anything. Then, unexpectedly, they send a new link, hours later…again already expired. Do, bring impossible to pay, I deleted my account. Surprise: it cannot be deleted from the DELETE ACCOUNT option in the website/APP. So I emailed them. They did not do it. Then I insist via email. They finally deleted the account, but they then ask for the credit card details via email … for a deleted account? Sincerely, too bad experience to keep buying from them
