How to use?
Dried amla powder
Just mix it with honey (recommended for kids above 2 years) and lemon juice or add it to a glass of fresh juice.
Sprinkle some of it on fruits,dosa and chapati or mix some of it to your child’s dal. Making every meal a healthy one.
Do not cook Amla powder as it will loose its nutritional properties.
Nuts and seeds powder
Add a teaspoon full of nuts and seeds mix to your child’s milk. It can also be added to sweet porridge and halwa.
Kodo Millets Dosa:
Take 1 cup of dosa mix and 1 cup of water.
Stir the mixture properly.
Add 2 teaspoons of curd/unflavoured yoghurt to the mixture and mix properly.
Add salt to taste.
Apply ghee on Indian frying pan or any flat pan.
Rub the ghee over the surface and spread the dosa mix.
Cook properly from both sides.
Have it with chutney of choice.
