The spoon end of the bottle isnt completely covered. So it can get dirty from surfaces very easily.As a doctor, I wouldn't recommend this for this very reason.

The spoon part is not made up of silicone and looks like plastic. Also it's not soft and flexible. so it may harm the baby mouth while feeding. The body part is silicone and transparent. I wish the spoon part could also be like the body part of the feeding bottle.
