Ingredients: Ragi Jowar(Sorghum) Foxtail Millet Moong Dal Bengal Gram Brown Rice Almond Flour Cardamom powder Vitamins and Minerals How to Use: 1. Add 1/2 cup of water or milk into a pan 2. Add 3 level table spoons (30 gms) of Sathu Maavu mix 3. Mix well to remove the lumps 4. Cook on a medium flame for 3-5 mins and stir continuously to avoid lumps 5. Cereal box was torn and the packet inside was torn open.This is the first time I ordered Sathu Mavu to be delivered in SRINAGAR and it came like this.I have ordered this many times in Delhi and I have never experienced this on delivery.

It's very good and healthy product ..very helpful for travel time and easy to make. The taste is blunt so babies won't take it easily .add natural sweetner to enhance the taste. Seems very authentic flavour.

Ordered this product this time as an experiment, as Slurp farm brand doesn't add preservatives & sugar ..The taste , consistency is same as the one I make at home which takes days to prepare.. Adding jaggery while cooking the porridge makes it tasty for babies else the child will not eat as it is bland..Healthy food , must give to all babies..
