Hi, Have been using this product since past few months and the difference is truly fascinating. It's very gentle shampoo which works wonders on the hair of baby making it so soft. Though the cost is on the higher side when compared to competitors, it's still worth for the benefits it provide. The scent is really so lovely and gentle in nature. Just 2-3 drops of the shampoo is enough for a single wash. Hence the shampoo will last for a long time. But it was really shocking when I received the product in a damaged packing with few quantity of the shampoo also spilled out. (Check attached pictures). Amazon should strictly instruct the sellers to give proper packing of the goods considering the amount and time each customer spent. Didn't initiated replacement as it will again take more time.

Earlier she is having rough hair but now her hair feels so soft n dandruff free.it leaves no traces of oil n moisturises the body.
