The bottle was not sealed with tape, and the pump was not locked unlike how it should be in a new bottle. There was body wash in the carton and over another product that Silkrute shipped along with this body wash. Really unhappy with this.I have ordered this many times earlier but this didn't happen then.Otherwise the product is really good. Great body wash for kids with amazing fragrance. Hence the rating of 4 stars. One star deducted for delivery.
