The HB banner was of a good quality and beautifulThe latex balloons too ,no hole in any piece ; I did a test round and they have not burst for 24 hoursThe star balloons were also without fault and adorableThe no 5 balloon functions as it shouldOne less star is due to the fact that I got an 8 instead of a 2 which is extremely unfortunate since I needed it and I do not want to return the entire package just for that one number , I'll have to opt out from using it for the party which is truly disappointing because they look so good together .Will the company please handle it's packaging department so as not to cause any inconvenience to other parties.

Bought 21st Birthday pack.The latex balloons are of great quality.Birthday banner comes with a ribbon, surprisingly it was made of good quality paper, it is thick and will definitely last long.Coming to the foil balloons, they were perfect. I didn't get any faulty balloon.Completely satisfied with this purchase!

The banner paper quality is amazing...the 50 loose balloons were a disappointment....almost all bursted off in a span of 10 mins....even the 40 number is not helium and once we got it blowed the 4 number is small and 0 is big...
