H' letter was damaged when received the product.... Balloon quality also not good as mentioned in the picture. Thr is no star shape ballon, then yu guys keeping that in reference picture??

This has been one of my best purchases from Silkrute. The quality of balloons are very good (only one out of 30 was damaged) and the happy birthday foils were very easy to inflate (using the straw). I am very satisfied with the product, it has completely changed the look of my drawing room. I would recommend this to everyone :)

Inserting straw in the balloons is difficult. During this process the balloons gets failure. So more care should be taken. And also with some of the balloons air gets leak from the valve.

The balloons are of low quality, the alphabets could be made a little strong and there is no thread or anything to tie them, how did they expect us to use it? The black balloons burst most of them, since i got a back up pack of balloons i could manage. There are no stars just plain balloons, not very satisfied with the quality.
