So the thing is that it does exactly what it says it does. Problem is once you've poured the batter inside and the batter cooks, it then sticks to the internal sides of this ring. Even if you put ghee on the inside ring wall it still sticks and then you have to break away the cooked pancake/omelet by scraping it from the inside wall. Better to buy a silicone one because this is problematic.

Its a perfect tool to make a perfect round sunny side up, however the ring its slightly big for my liking, and hence I have to put in two eggs at a time to kinda fill up the ring area.

This has come been very handy to use since I fry eggs over an electric chappati maker. So this ensures that the eggs don't spill over the sides. Also gives a very neat appearance to the cooked egg and it is also non-stick(I still coat the rims with butter so that the eggs get fried better at the sides).
