Pros : Excellent product. Adjustable, so ensures that the slices you get are variable. The steel right next to the handle 'might' cut your hand so you have to be careful.Cons : The blade isn't as sharp as i would have liked. I need to apply some force, to make slices, and that is concerning if this is to last me more than a year. It is also serrated, so i don't think normally it can be opened up, and sharpened.Overall, good product, great range of uses.

Using it for a while now, slices perfectly and saves time. Have tried with onions, potatoes and carrots. The adjustable width of slicer comes in handy.Need to be very careful with the blade though. It is very sharp and I had cut my finger once. Just need to ensure that the holder grips the vegetable very firmly and proceed. Overall, it is a good buy.

Simple tool does one thing its meant to do that is slicing very well. Mechanism to change width is very robust as its mechanical. Good built nothing is flaky which seems like it woukd break. Vegetable holder is sturdy and very useful great to protect hands from its super sharp blades. Cuts every thing with ease. Makes potato chips very well. You can adjust thickness to be quite thin. Easy to clean and its steel surface gives very nice place for vegetable to move. Overall happy witj experience using from two weeks.

Though the product is useful and serves the purpose, the finish of the product is very tacky. One needs to exercise utmost precaution while using it as it may deeply cut your finger and the edges are very sharp. I have cut my fingers even while holding the product. Even the safety holder old have been designed in a better way. But overall, for the price, it does serve its utility.

I hope the prongs or tooth don"t give away. They r plastic. Do not know for sure if they r durable. Pl make sure u don't end up swallowing them by mistake. They r so small.
