I had the same slicer but it fell and broke because of which i ordered a new one but the blade of the new is not properly aligned because of which slicing is not smooth as it was supposed to be.not very happy with the quality.

Sturdy.But There is no guide for the handle as shown in the image.It keeps flipping all the time and it is for sure our fingers will get cut
