This is number 10 professional cheese cloth. The difference between this and Gauze from pharmacy is that, this is unbleached and is free from bad smell, whereas Gauze is bleached and has a smell which will stick on to the cheese that you are making. So if you are making cheese, and going for a hard press this is very good for you.
