Received with broken lid. We didn’t open the item hence not observed the damaged item. Immediately on receipt of this item we had to travel outside for more than two months. Today only we tried to use but couldn’t use because of damaged lid. Plz try to arrange a replacement item for this as a very special case

We always use Ganesh chopper at home. This is my third time ordering the chopper. But this time I am disappointed with the product. The blades broke in the first use.

Unable to get replacement blades , as they go blunt after some use . Once that happens the blades will bend and will make the product unusable. The manufacturer should make spare blades available
