Its very good chopper. Thia is very useful and makes fine chopping. I tried it for cabbage, carrot for making manchurian balls. It chopped very fine. Blades should have given thick so it might have made it durable. Thats why I have given 4 stars. Otherwise I might have given 5 stars

The product itself is ok. Why is this necessary? Because people have a right to know they are getting scammed if they believe they have 12 months of warranty on this, or are going to get even decent support when they encounter issues with this. Usually I'd do this over the seller feedback page, but I don't see that option, so I'm letting this out in the open as this indeed is crucial.Pigeon, a good & trustworthy brand right? We thought so too. Until I experienced what true customer disservice was today. Due to a defect causing it to not budge when veggies were put in & the cord getting stuck while repeating the process to try & get it to work, I had contacted the guys via email as AMZ's support window was closed. I got a response stating that I need to drop it off 1st & then email them details of the product to cut a ticket for it.Due to details being asked about the product I had to look around for the box that had that info as we had a paint job done at home & could only go to the store today after around 3 weeks from sending them a mail because the closest service center's timings (still half an hour away from home) were conflicting with my work timings.Based on that, I proceeded to a service centre far from home & found that they follow the warranty on the box - which is 11 months lesser than what is suggested on here.What then ensued was the worst CS call I ever had. 'Go to the service centre, show the bill & drop it off. *cut*'. I tried again, same thing. Asked the guy to calm down & listen to my issue, which was me being present at the center & being denied service due to the warranty period on the box, but for a 3rd time absolutely nothing except a longer convo with the same subject matter. The dude even thought I'm tone deaf to feign ignorance when I asked if he was the same guy who responded earlier. Then a busy message recording played on.You guys at stovekraft are a model of what customer disservice is. I'd rather have a chat with a bot if that's what I was going to have to deal with. Why should this review not be removed for lacking a product review? Because service in case said product is giving us a hard time is a part & parcel of buying the product.The quality of the product is pretty good & we have had a few of them in the past - reason why I even went on to get extended warranty on it because I thought it'd last at least that long. The only thing bad was the defect. But after this, I'm never getting anything from you lot.
