The product is expensive but does the work . Keeps the water hot for 12 to 15 hrs comfortably . Any ways you do-not have any other better options in this size ( 3.5 lit ) with good brand that you may relay on.

Disadvantages

i purchased this product in 2018, it worked fine for a year but ever since then it started giving problem as regards hot water stored inside. now it doesnt stay warm for more than an hour or so. tried calling and contacting milton customer care but no response from either mail or on phone. very poor service and i am very disappointed as i bout a very expensive product trusting the brand and now repenting as my 2600 rs has gone down the drain. i had thought of getting it repaired from milton services but that also i have lost hope now. difficult to believe that such a big compny can be a cheat too...!!! i m feeling cheated

Pros: Looks good, it can keep water hot (though I tried for only 8-9 hrs. Cons: Dispensing function is useless. It barely dispenses 5ml water with each pump press. I have experienced other dispensers in which you get easily 30-40ml in each pump. Filling a small is huge effort and extremely inconvenient.
