The glass container comes off free from the screwed on clip holding the handle to the glass container as soon as hot water is poured in. The clip is of plastic and has very little hold. It expands on pouring hot water and glass container becomes loose making it unsteady while pouring tea in cups.

Loved the design. However, the outer plastic body doesnt hold the hot glass body sturdily. When you try to pour the tea into a cup, the glass jar is slipping out of the plastic hold, almost falling off. Atleast mine did and it was inconvenient to use.

Its supa cute! And easy to use...Can't put on gas...A trusted brand, borosil glass, sturdy and efficient...Add your favourite filter coffee or tea leaves and some warm water and wait for a while for it to infuse and enjoy!

Its not a product which will last for a long time.The design is very bad, The cap is super loose. Pouring is not great, it spills. The design is very cheap and light weight, somewhat 100-150 rs category. The filter is very light as well, I am sure its going to deform in a while.

I like this. Looks wise pretty cute. Makes the tea making process a bit easier. You can infuse 4 cups of tea at once with this. It's better to use a cover along with this for retaining the tea flavor
