I have bought large serving spoons of a similar shape earlier but they were a bit flimsy. This one, on the other hand, is extremely sturdy. It has a solid base within the outer covering which makes it firm and sturdy. The finishing is smooth and it has lasted extremely well so far. Happy with the quality.
