Writing this review after a week of using this product. Honestly- I was feeling bad that I didn't purchase this utensil much earlier! It is just awesome to cook in this..no burnt food while frying, the biryani didn't get burnt at the bottom..first time I guess in my home ;-)..while deep frying masalas..i used to struggle to keep food from getting burnt..not anymore when using this vessel..it takes less rhan half of the efforts..food cooks evenly! We bought the set of 6 n 3ltr vessels..absolutely happy with the purchase n just regret that I didn't buy this much earlier.
