Perfect for use in a microwave oven. I personally feel using plastic/melamine utensils in the microwave might have raised health safety concerns and the skepticism associated with the use of microwave ovens. So, even if they're fragile, better use glass vessels wherever possible. I've received 4 bowls with lids instead of the 3 they've shown in the product page. But I haven't returned the product because the MRP on the box is same as the MRP on the product page. Might be an incorrect entry on the website.
