These are smaller cups, now i know difference between a 275ml and 350ml cup. For 275 ml these are costlier compared to say hometown/homestop brand. When kept in microwave the whole cup heats up, so its not a actual built for microwave, but just sustaining. The other coffee mugs i have, coffee is hot inside but cup externally is not hot. This is a basic ceramic product. Review after 3-5 days use.
