Boiled water was poured into the flask in night and by morning it came to be just hot water. Water is not kept at the same temperature but yes it was hot. Not as expected

The tea doesn’t stay hot for more than half an hour! What an absolute waste. Not expected of a brand like Milton to make such tall claims and not deliver at all. Trying to reach the manufacturer but unable to do so.
