The first one was broken upon delivery hence had to replace. I have been using it for more than a month, works great on flame as well as microwave, just ensure its not sitting on the flame for too long , else the plastic starts to melt, coz, hello! Plastic! Perfect otherwise.

The plastic surrounding the carafe broke while keeping the carafe in the microwave. This is dangerous. The quality of plastic used appears to be very substandard. I shudder to think what would have happen if the carafe broke after the liquid inside had been heated ! Bad quality. Hope to find another solution to this bad quality product.

Comparing to other tea pots glass one are best as it won't take away the original taste of the tea.I loved this tea pot..It's mini and we can make chai for 3-4 members easily..I enjoyed my first rose tea and it taste awesome.. I could feel the flavour In less amount of rose petles too...
