The product ia very good as expected from Borosil but the size is a matter.It is a bit small and is suited only for bachelor not for family.You can hardly make 2-3 cups of tea or coffee.Overall its good.Silkrute delivery again very prompt.

This is my second purchase of this carafe. The first one developed a crack, so I decided to get another one. I basically use this to heat water to use while making my pour over coffee. It works ok but ideally I would need a carafe which has a better handle and grip. This one has a soft plastic which gets hot and melts when it gets exposed to heat.Still trying to find a better alternative but havent found one on Silkrute yet

Product is good and we used earlier, surprised to see the handle is not tightening and dangerous to hold from oven, manufacturer takes for granted the customer, such attitude will drive them out of business
