This product was not tested even for basic functionality. The lid handle is smooth and without any ridges. This makes it extremely difficult to open . The lid slips off while opening. Recommend the manufacturer to do some beta testing . Maybe give it to your employees at the factory so they can give some feedback.this issue exemplifies the problems with online shopping where you dont get the feel of product. If it was a brick and mortar store this issue would have been easily identified while picking up the product. Anyways can live with it so not returning. Worst case , the return policy is good and hassle free in Silkrute . So no worries.

The casserole keeps food warm for more than 4hrs as depicted and tested. Only drawback size not appropriate for big family. Costly too
