I have been using this a couple of weeks to see how it performs. The lid locks tightly, so food does stay warm for more than a few hours. The longest I have waited was 2.5 hours, but it was still steaming hot when we ate. I had bought a stainless steel one originally, but it didn't keep the food hot for even 30 mins, so I was really happy that this one has a good lock/seal to keep good warm for several hours. Even though the outside and lid is plastic, the inner part is stainless steel. The plastic parts are heavy duty plastic and will last. It is a shiny plastic, so it shows scratches/wear easier than my old set that was more of a matte plastic. Overall it is good quality and does what it says!

Disadvantages

Product is small and compact and looks fairly good. But it does not retain heat. Food in the container becomes cold in a few hours. The locking mechanism is also rather cumbersome and most times it is difficult to slot it right and close tight. Irrespective, even when lid is closed properly, food items lose heat fast. I don't recommend this product.

Very good for keeping food and chapati hot for longer time, it's size is small for chapati but best for small chapati it's strength is 6 to 8 chapati.

I brought this item in the month of Oct 2023 now i am writing the review on May 2024.See the condition of the item on pics, they used very thin sheet or metal inside to reduce production cost, see how its broken after few usage.Never go with this...
