I bought this product because of its brand name - Milton. However, I am most dissatisfied with the product. After only a few days of use the stainless steel casing inside the casserole has become loose . Soap water gets in between the casserole and the steel container. After many efforts also the water does not come out fully. Thus I am unable to use the first two containers. Only the smallest one is in use. The product was delivered on 25th April 2021. Not even a month has gone by and it has become useless for me.Please help me and exchange the product. I will be very grateful to you.

It is light weight. The quality is good and helps in keeping the hot or cold product in it for office 4 hours. Haven't used it for very long time but feels like study and durable.
