Not sure if defective or if this is the way the product works but the lock feature is not user friendly for sure. But the product is good, quality standard, serves the purpose.

Keep rotis warm not more than 1 hr. Last roti gets soggy ,or some roti edges gets soggy though plastic mesh is available. But overall it's a good product,can buy.

The lid is not tight and there is no lock which is a major issue. The main purpose of the box has been compromised...else the make is good and the inner drip tray is very useful.
