It does not keep warm after 3-4 hrs. The lock is not good. Sometimes you feel it is locked but if you pull it by the lid, it comes up in your hand. Only good thing it has a plastic busket inside which protects your rotis from getting soked by the water vapour inside.

Writing areviee after 3months and I mus say I am happy with product becaused solved my problem of soggy rotis.. this one keeps them away from touching the walls of the box as it has a mesh in it.. and so the rotis are beautiful aligned til evening..
