I was skeptical of the brown colour when ordering. Thought it might not look good, but it actually looks quite okay. The casserole does not keep chapatis warm for 2+ hrs. Keeps them soft and dry though. I like the white plastic tray. Helps to keep the steam water from making chapatis soggy. I personally think that an ordinary plastic container would have been a cheaper option, as the "hot box" does not keep the chapatis warm as expected.

Casserole is light in weight and the walls are not too thick. I have been using this for 3 weeks now and observed that it preserves heat upto 3 or 4 hrs - which is good enough. The stand given to keep roti is quite useful as it prevents the roti from becoming soggy due to steam settling in.

I have used so many hotpots from milton before but none of themcould keep food this warm and fresh. So far hv tried keeping chapatis and idlis for 2 hrs before consuming and food was warm. Roti jali is amazing at its work, no need to put foil paper in roti hotpot anymore!!White colour looks beautiful. 5/5

When I placed an order for this thing, there were almost no other casseroles available that is as big as thing. And I needed a big casserole to fit the rotis made for my entire family. And it does deliver on size, pause. However, first impressions, the build quality is not that great. I expect 3d printer plastic shavings in 2-300 rupees casseroles, not on a casserole that costs over 500. So, unless you're in a dire need of a big casserole, go for something made by Milton or Tupperware instead.

Keep rotis warm not more than 1 hr.Last roti gets soggy ,or some roti edges gets soggy though plastic mesh is available.But overall it's a good product,can buy.

Writing areviee after 3months and I mus say I am happy with product becaused solved my problem of soggy rotis.. this one keeps them away from touching the walls of the box as it has a mesh in it.. and so the rotis are beautiful aligned til evening..
