The product is good, looks nice. I received in good packaging condition. The only drawback is that the tong is too hard and stiff, hence it is difficult to use for picking chapati or anything else. We are habitual to pick up with our hands also, so the tong is not useable. Otherwise I am happy with this purchase.

I have used this product for a month now. Cons- 1: The lid rusted within a week. If you keep rotis inside, the vapour from the rotis will rust the inside of the lid as well as the screw completely. 2: It does not keeps rotis/food warm. 3: The outer polish of the wooden surface starts wearing off from first wash, no matter how gentle the wash is. I have washed it just 3 times in a month and yet it is wearing off. Pros- 1: Looks great in the kitchen.
