The glass dome does not fit well on the wooden base , also the shape of the dome is not flattened on the top as in all the product pictures. The overall look is not that satisfactory.

I bought multiple - as great for gifting.One of the domes were shattered and I didn’t notice at the time of delivery. Would like to contact seller for ordering another dome - without the platter.
