Advantages

The package was delivered as per the delivery timelines. The contents in the package were exactly as mentioned in the product description. The contents included thali plates, desert or curry bowls, glasses, and spoons. The plates had no dents or scratches and neither did the others in the box. The thickness of these plates is moderate and defenitely something that Im not dissapointed.. Thanks to Silkrute and team for their prompt delivery..

Disadvantages

The items were delivered with the katoris/ steel bowls missing, whereas the package clearly mentions the package contains the bowls as well. I usually dont complain about minor faults in the products delivered by Silkrute, but couldn't hold back myself as this seems a clear breach of trust. The customer is charged for the entire set and then you take away a few items out of it- this is unacceptable. And then one takes the pain to contact the customer care who replies that now that the return window has got expired absolutely nothing can be done.
