With a normal size Plate & Glass- why would you need a tea spoon ??? They shipped me Tea spoon which is good for nothing. Plates are dented Product quality is pathetic

A good quality brand to choose for domestic use and quality gifting purpose. I recieved the item without any considerable damage or scratches, though the outer carton started to tear from sides. So I suggest Silkrute and the seller to be careful with the packaging. Please keep in mind that you are sending a box in which steel utensils of different shapes are stacked randomly and that loose and unsecure packing will result in unhappy customers due to the scratches or bulges that may happen during various stages of transport and delivery.

Disadvantages

It's wastage of time and money both. Delivery person never showed up for pickup. The steel quality is not good. It ses that steel coating is done on the plates which is coming out and also one plate is missing.
