In Some of the items , the floral design had some rust on it. And the small plates are very thin ... Was getting bent very easily.. Some of the glasses had some black coloured lining at the bottom inside ..dbt know wat it is.. did not go even after washing

We bought this product recently. The product was good and we liked it. But one of the quarter plates was missing in the package. Not sure how to get this addressed. I am planning to get 7 more as gifts. If they also have the same issue then would return them.

Product arrived in good package. Full Plate size is good. Quarter plate size is good too. Plates steel quality is good. But halwa plate and veg katori are light weight and steel is just mediocre. Recived Spoons ,forks and serving spoons without design etched on it. But on packaging box pictures they have design.Maybe it is packaging mistake. Overall product is fine. But lacks WOW element.
