Dosas come out well. The side of the tawa gets browned within the first couple of uses and doesn't wash away. Tawa is sturdy and quite heavy. Seems to get heated very fast so I use on the smaller stovetop. Wouldn't recommend for the price and usage features.

It's good to use but very heavy as its steel based.. Cleaning portion is also okay border area are steel so in that area stain doesn't go easily.. it leaves marks..

Strong and durable. Dosas turned crispy. However the surrounding steel part turned brown and it won't even go off on washing. U can't make neer dosa in it. It gets stuck.

the tawa is good built, non stick and good quality. But because of the steel outer lining on the tawa it is quite difficult to clean with normal wipes. after 2 uses the oil residue has accumulated & the lining has become yellow
