Riveting of the handle away from the main griddle is an excellent idea. The full area of the griddle can be used due to this unlike other brands which rivet on the griddle itself. Thickness and weight of griddle is just correct and therefore easily used without exhaustion. Shape is just correct for making dosas and chillas .
