For roti it's perfectly all right as the name said. But if u use oil/ ghee anytime for making parathas it catches black burn marks for which u have to use still scrubber n then after few days the anodized coating would get spoiled. So it's only for roti not paratha.

It is non sticky and chappatis comes out easily. The only thing you need to take care of is that while cleaning make sure to clean all residue that get stuck to it else it might slowly loose its non sticky quality
