Difficult to make dosas as it can't be prepared without oil...on applying oil it becomes slimy and can't make dosas....good for chsppathi, parantha etc.

Like: It can be used roughly for making roti, paratha, dosa, utapam, and even kababs. All kinds of cookwares for flipping can be used for preparing the mentioned items. Even, it can be washed with any scrubber.Dislike: Before preparing a dosa or utappam, I need to rub oil on it or make a toast. Otherwise the dosa gets stuck badly. Therefore, it is advisable to use a tawa exclusively for dosa and utappam.Overall: An item must to have in kitchen!
