(Have the smaller Futura pan for pancakes and dry roasting peanuts and spices) Prefer cast iron for urad-rice dosas. But if you are looking for non stick, your search can end here. Have used heavily for over an year now and the non stick coating is intact. Gifted one to a friend recently
