I ordered and even on following rule of lowflame got black spots in middle of tawa;but thanks to seller and Silkrute for replacing and now product is working superfine.Do follow all the instruction mentioned as its really hard anodised so heats up quickly and uniformly.Really scary to use cheap tawa whose coating gets removed and very harmful.I suggest to go for this as may be pricey but its worth for sure.PLEASE don't use this for chilla or dosa as its not for that otherwise one will ruin the tawa in one day.

I bought the tawa to replace my old non stick pan. Initially had some trouble with it. I was trying to use it just like the non stick one. The roti’s either got stuck and burnt on high flame or came out really hard on low. I had to re- learn the whole roti making process, and now after a month my roti’s come out fine. What I do is, Heat the pan on medium flame, lower the flame, apply a thin layer of oil. Put a roti, flip in 15 seconds. Turn flame to medium high, when it’s done on that side, flip it again. When roti puffs up, lower flame, remove the roti. Hope someone might find this helpful.
