Sturdy, thick bottomed.. a perfect tawa. If, like me, you are wondering if the handle heats up. It does not. Very easy to handle the hot tawa because of that. A fabulous buy.

I have used it for just 2 days, but I feel its a hassle to clean this. Post making chapatis, there is oil accumulated on the corners of the tawa. You can't just wipe it off. The oil sort of solidifies and need a good cleaning. My guess is if you do not clean this every time right after use, the oil will keep accumulating making it even harder to clean, later on. Rest all is good.

I brought the product in a hurry so wasn't paying attention under the comments. It can't be used for making 'Dosa' but it's great for making Chapattis/roti paratta etc. Working is similar fashion like to that of an iron tawa. Their description is on the mark. The steel handle stays cool throughout cooking. No Matter how long it stays the same. Great workmanship. If you consider to make dosa might want to check out a non-stick tawa Hawkins also has one or any other brands preferable.
