Big drawback of this product. Mujhe ye product accha nhi lga kyunki ye curved hai shape me jiski vajah se roti middle me tawe se chuti nhi hai aur acche se sik nhi pati.

It says hard anodised Tawa.no non stick on the box .whereas inside the package the tawa is non stick and not anodised..I am confused about the actual product.

Amazing quality. I always rely on future Hawkins for kitchenware and it never disappoints me. Got it for a very reasonable price, thanks to Silkrute. The tawa is sturdy, moderately heavy and easy to use and store. The rotis dont stick to the tawa if handled in the proper way. Its a great and must buy for those who want to avoid non stick pans due to its toxic chemicals.

I am new homemaker and after reading so many negative reviews, there was surely a lot of skepticism. Eventually, when I shared my dilemma with my Mum, she instantly said Buy futura tawa, dont you know we have the 24cm and its been still going great after 3 years of use? I instantly bought and have no regrets. I am using it since 10 days now and dont need even a hint of oil for my rotis but I use ghee just for the sake of flavour. It is very durable, thick, large enough to make giant parathas, heat distribution is really good. There are some points to understand: -Let it heat up evenly before you start cooking. -Try to avoid leaving it alone for long to an extent where it becomes smoking hot -Make sure to clean up any sticky bits once tawa is cool with a gentle scrubber. -As a precaution, I use a nylon spatula instead of steel.
